pms2024-04-17Highly recommended. John is very experienced and knowledgeable. He was patient and comprehensive in his instruction and advice on the issue I was facing with my Haire fridge. This was after having a bad experience with technician from another service who didn't seem to know what the issue was and quoted to replace several parts (worth $400) as he couldn't tell which part was faulty. In contrast, John predicted the exact part that was faulty and confirmed with the multimeter. He further advised me on how to fix another (non-critical) issue I had with the fridge display panel.
